Since the foundation of TEMACON in the year 1996 TEMACON has supported or established on the market more than 50 technologies. In order to give you a short overview of the variety of our supported technologies, we would like to present some examples in detail.

 Wood Refinement: Profound Application for Surfaces
Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Viöl developed an extremely sustainable kind of wood refinement by means of plasma treatment. The procedure is based on electrical discharge of a plasma under atmospheric pressure, by which the wood surface opens up for paints and varnishes or glue. Improved paint or glue adhesion as well as an increase of weatherproof are only some of the positive effects of this technology.
TEMACON carried on license negotiations for Prof. Viöl. In 2004 the wood refinement process was licensed to the company of Tigres Dr. Gerstenberg GmbH, Rellingen, Germany.

 SAITO TANK: The Power of Self Cleaning
All unwanted sedimentations in filter material are out of finally date due to the new cleaning system of NIHON GENRYO, Japan: A special mechanic pre-cleaning of the filter material before flushing does not only effectively remove firmly sticked pollutions but also considerably reduces the costs of the flushing back process. Furthermore, the new technology can be used within a large variety: SAITO TANK is suitable for the most different fields of applications for filters and can also be refitted into existing filter plants. Even washing plants for periodical cleaning of filter material out of sewage and sediment basins are application examples for SAITO TANK. Who is wondering that this innovation has been successfully sold in Japan since 2005? Now TEMACON is looking for distribution partners for the German and European market.

 Sanding Device: Security on Rails
The new sanding device produced by the company of NOWE, Elze, Germany, cares for more security on rails covered with ice and snow by using compressed air. Compared to old-fashioned sanding devices 80 per cent of sand can be saved. High reliability even under extreme weather conditions and an exact dosing of the sand amount are two more advantages of the innovation. The sanding device is in use in many European suburban trains and trams. It is registered by the German Railway (DB). |

 Plastic Pump: Well Delivered
This development of the Japanese Company of Kurosaki means a small revolution on the pump market: All parts being in contact with the media to be delivered are completely made of plastics. This pump does not need any shafts, sealings or ball bearings. There is an enormous benefit by using this innovation for corrosive media, chemicals or beverages: Unwanted intermediate reactions with the pump material can be excluded once and for all.
This pump has been manufactured in small series for special applications since 2005. Now time has come for TEMACON to promote manufacturing and distribution in Germany and Europe.

 Greening System: Blooming Innovation
This professional-box-system "Blueman" shows: Many times simple ideas are the best ones… "Blueman" is a container that makes a seasonal exchange of plant boxes for a professional greening at buildings and on public places a child's play. Special irrigation elements guarantee a reliable and perfect function. Central automatic irrigation and fertilizing systems can be connected, too.
With this innovation "Blueman", supported by TEMACON, won the second place of the founders' competition "StartUp" in Lower Saxony and Hanover, and they were honoured with the innovation prize for gardening by the Ministry of Agriculture.

 Kyrozid-Process: For Clear Water
The newly developed two-component process by the German company of Kyrochem to manufacture chlorine dioxide enables a very efficient disinfection for water and drinking-water purification. This process makes it possible for the first time to produce an aqueous chlorine-dioxide solution according to drinking-water laws without expensive plant technology. The breakthrough with this method for Kyrochem happened in the year 2000. Meanwhile, companies at home and abroad are customers and applicants. TEMACON arranged an exclusive license agreement with a Japanese chemistry company for production and distribution and arranged a co-operation with the Dutch company of Twinoxid International B.V. for worldwide distribution.

 Encryption Processor: Cracking Impossible
The idea of student Holger Sedlak was ingenious: In the 1980s he worked out the basics of a processor for an absolutely uncrackable encryption procedure for a safe and fast transfer of electronic data. Thus, the performance of the RSA-process could be improved by the factor of 10,000 compared to standard computers. Sedlak's encryption-processor became a success story: Up to date this processor is successfully in use on the global market, e.g. on banking cards or SIM cards for mobile telephones.
TEMACON has supported Holger Sedlak from the beginning on in the fields of patent management and license negotiations.
